All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

We proudly offer free shipping across Ireland 🇮🇪
Typical delivery times: 7-12 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
You can check your parcel’s progress at any time.
If tracking appears delayed, don’t worry — it may take a few days for updates to appear after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within Ireland, with no minimum spend.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems delayed beyond the estimated time:

If it shows no updates for over 15 business days, contact us at hellopalsinpet@gmail.com — we’ll investigate and help resolve it promptly.
We guarantee either reshipment or refund if a parcel is confirmed lost in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include photos or a short video showing the issue.
We’ll replace or refund the item free of charge.
