If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Defective, damaged, or faulty upon arrival

  • Incorrect items received

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our team at hellopalsinpet@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo or short video showing the issue

  2. Our support team will review your request within 48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange either a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns are not accepted for:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Products damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Change of mind or wrong size selected by the customer


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.
We’ll review the case and arrange a free replacement or full refund — no extra cost to you.
